What we do
SDR Security Consulting exists to elevate the world of security. We focus on training industry guards, providing them with tools and resources to safely and efficiently perform their duties. This includes offering coaching and mentoring one-on-one with guards, to elevate their professionalism and help them advance in their careers.
Scott Runnalls CPO CPOI
Scott has been in the security industry since 2006. Throughout this time, Scott has enjoyed working as a security dispatcher, site supervisor, university campus supervisor, as well as a regional manger, where he managed security sites and guards from throughout Southwestern Ontario. Scott has earned a Police Foundations Leadership diploma with Honours from Humber College, as well as obtained Certified Protection Officer certification through IFPO, including the credentials to instruct the course. Scott has and continues to work with security guards to help coach, guide, and mentor them throughout their career.
Our Services
At SDR Security Consulting, we offer guard coaching and mentoring, as well as compiling training modules to help further their careers, whether security is a permanent niche, or a stepping stone along the way to new opportunities.
We're also working toward offering other training and coaching opportunities.
